Contact Us

If you need to reach us for any reason, email is the best way: contact@fixmytablet.net

We read every email. Typical response time is 1–3 business days.

What to email us about

Questions about a specific guide. If a step in one of our guides isn’t clear, or doesn’t work on your specific device, let us know which guide and which step. We’ll help directly and often update the guide itself if your problem is common.

Corrections. If you find an error — wrong model number, outdated software version, incorrect ASIN, broken link — please tell us. We fix errors within 48 hours of receiving them and we’re happy to credit you if you’d like.

Topic requests. If there’s a tablet problem you’d like us to cover, email us. We prioritize guides based partly on reader requests.

Press and partnership. For media inquiries, potential partnerships, or product review requests, email editor@fixmytablet.net with “Press” or “Partnership” in the subject line.

What we can’t help with

We are a content site, not a technical support service. We can’t remotely access your tablet, and we can’t diagnose individual hardware problems we haven’t seen. If our guides don’t solve your issue, the best escalation path is usually:

  • For Amazon Fire tablets: Amazon’s chat support at amazon.com/gp/help/customer/contact-us
  • For Walmart Onn tablets: Walmart’s customer care at walmart.com/help
  • For Lenovo tablets: Lenovo’s support at support.lenovo.com
  • For out-of-warranty devices with hardware issues: a local repair shop with Android service tools

A note on scope

We focus on budget Android tablets and consumer electronics troubleshooting. We don’t cover iPads, smartphones, Windows laptops, or smart home devices — there are better specialized sites for those topics.
